Sorry to all of you as i have been posting without intro,

Been a ford addict since i started driving back in 84, first car, cortina 3 2000e fantastic car, then escort 1 mexico the money pit but good fun, then a few others up to mondy cam out mk1, mk2 my fav st24, mk 3 written off by vectra, mk 4 edge 100 my word what a slow car, then mk 4 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (175PS) Mmmmmm need some upgrades though, think it will be as good as my st,

Quick introduction, my name is Rob (may have been obvious) and I'm a Roverholic!

Having just had my 45 written off by a Mondeo funnily enough, and after having countless Rovers pass through my hands over the past few years I fancied a change, and after doing some work on my brother in laws MK3 Zetec thought I'd like one myself, so have just aquired a 51 plate LX diesel for not much money. All being well should get to pick it up before the end of the week.

Had a look around and looks to be a great site

hi people.just brought myself a 54plate mondeo estate tdci 115.very nice to drive and just got to find out any problems it has now.no doubt some will reveal themselves.1st job is cleaning out the egr valve i think and possibly blanking it whilst i'm there.been reading on this forum a few weeks now and all looks good.
